United Way of Guernsey, Monroe and Noble Counties is extending the opportunity for local 501c3 non-profit organizations to apply for status as a United Way Funded Agency for 2021 and receive funding from its annual campaign.

Download the application above, complete and return to United Way. Applications must be fully completed, including all requested documentation, and received in the United Way office by Monday, August 3. Applications can be emailed to uwguernsey@guernseyunitedway.com or mailed to PO Box 5, Cambridge OH 43725.

We will be hosting an optional application training and Q&A session on July 23 at 10am in the Guernsey County Administration Building conference room.

Programs to receive United Way funding should further our mission to improve the community by enhancing the lives of our residents in the areas of education, health and financial stability.
