The Ohio Association of Foodbanks – administrator of The Ohio Benefit Bank – was recently notified by a long-time business partner and software vendor that the company is filing for bankruptcy. As such, they will be ceasing operations of The Benefit Bank effective July 31, 2019. We anticipate the program will no longer be available beginning July 31, 2019. This situation is not within our control. Please be sure you have your printed tax return from this past year or access the site prior to July 31 and print a copy. We hope to be working with another company during the upcoming tax season so we can continue to provide this valuable free service to those in need in our communities.
